Dear Paula and team
Now that we have the wifi up and working, we wanted to say a HUGE thank you to you and your team (including your daughter) for moving us on Wednesday and with such generosity of spirit in the face of the horrible delay. While it wasn’t our fault, we felt awful knowing you had to drive back to Bucks after such a long, hard and frustrating day.
Your team were incomparable – Seb, Tom, Kyle and Neal. So friendly and attentive, even re-arranging things here so that they looked better and always calm when I wanted to howl! Please pass on our thanks and of course to you and your daughter (Sammie, I think, but I wasn’t concentrating on much by Wednesday afternoon – hope she gets the job she wants soon).
